This reverts commit 3e1befe1d8 ("machine: hetzner: Fix deployment."),
adopting a simpler/correct alternative.

* gnu/machine/hetzner.scm (hetzner-machine-rescue-install-os): Bind mount
/gnu, not /gnu/store.
