self adfcf09426 fix: Pin target network interface naming ...

Add net.ifnames=0 to installed build-host systems so the interface detected in the kexec installer remains valid after boot.

Configure runtime dhcpcd to manage only the selected system-facts interface instead of auto-discovering every eligible NIC.
