gnu: python-keyring: Fix test suite.

[phases]{check}: Provide the tests directory argument to pytest.  Ignore
project pytest configs and make it verbose.
[native-inputs]: Delete python-pytest-checkdocs, python-pytest-cov and
python-pytest-flake8.
