* configure.ac: Require Guile 2.2.
* README: Adjust accordingly.
* doc/guix.texi (Requirements): Likewise.
* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (guile2.0-guix): Deprecate.
(guix-minimal): Inherit from GUIX, not from GUILE2.0-GUIX.
