* gnu/packages/geo.scm (mapnik): Update to 4.2.1-0.cb1e226.
[build-system]: Switch to cmake-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove #:cmake. Add -DBUILD_DEMO_VIEWER=OFF and
-DBUILD_DEMO_CPP=OFF to #:configure-flags.
[inputs]: Add libavif and openssl.
