gnu: python-pysdl2: Fix PyPI archive name.

As seen in CI <https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/10630201/log/raw>, it
failed to download the archive with name "PySDL2" which has been
changed.

* gnu/packages/python-graphics.scm (python-pysdl2): [source] <pypi-uri>:
Fix it as the name has been changed in PyPI.
