* doc/local.mk (TRANSLATED_INFO): Add them.
(info_TEXINFOS): Add guix.de.texi.
* po/doc/guix-manual.de.po: New file.
* po/doc/local.mk (EXTRA_DIST): Add it.
* doc/guix.texi: Document the German translation.
