gnu: gtk: Disable failing test suites on AArch64.

* gnu/packages/gtk.scm (gtk)[#:test-options]: On AArch64, add
“--no-suite=gsk-compare-gl”, “--no-suite=gsk-compare-cairo”,
“--no-suite=gsk-compare-ngl”, and “--no-suite=gsk-compare-vulkan”.
[#:phases]<patch>: Remove AArch64-specific patches.
