distro: Rename (distro) to (gnu packages).

Browse Source 
* distro.scm: Rename to...
* gnu/packages.scm: ... this.  Update all users accordingly.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Adjust accordingly.
* po/POTFILES.in: Likewise.
