gnu: librsvg: Fix tests.

GLib doesn't allow duplicate test case paths any more.

* gnu/packages/patches/librsvg-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (librsvg)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
