* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pytest-runner):
  [build-system]: Move to pyproject-build-system.
  [arguments]<#:phases>: Remove check phase replacement. Update
  <#:tests?> refusal comment.
  [native-inputs]: Add python-pip, python-pypa-build,
  python-setuptools and python-wheel.
