etc: snippets: Update python to pyproject build system.

The snippets still refer to the outdated python-build-system which
should not be encouraged to use anymore.

* etc/snippets/yas/scheme-mode/guix-package (build-system): Replace
python-build-system with pyproject-build-system.

Merges guix/guix!7100
