gnu: Introduce (gnu artwork) module.

* gnu/artwork.scm: New file.
* gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
* gnu/services/xorg.scm: Use it.
  (%artwork-repository): Remove.
* gnu/system/grub.scm: Use it.
  (%artwork-repository): Remove.
