gnu: moe: Transplant to text-editors.

Browse Source 
Because GNU Moe is a text editor, and there is few to no reason to keep
it in a dedicated file.

* gnu/local.mk: Remove reference to moe.scm.
* gnu/packages/moe.scm (moe): Transplant it to ...
* gnu/packages/text-editors.scm: ... here.
* gnu/packages/moe.scm: Delete file.
* po/packages/POTFILES.in: Remove reference to moe.scm.
