services: dico: Add symbols to help users configure FreeDict with dicod.

Browse Source 
* gnu/services/dict.scm: (dicod-freedict-database): New procedure;
(%dicod-databases:freedict): new variable.
* doc/guix.texi (Dictionary Service): Document them.
