gnu: gtk: Make reproducible.

* gnu/packages/patches/gtk4-demo-reproducible.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gtk.scm (gtk) [source]: Apply it.
