manifest.scm: Handle unsupported packages gracefully.

Previously, 'guix shell' on a powerpc64le machine for example would fail with:

  error: package codeberg-cli@0.5.0 does not support powerpc64le-linux

* manifest.scm: Filter out unsupported packages.
