ac92638bce services: Add opensnitch-service. 
* gnu/services/opensnitch.scm: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add reference to it.
* doc/guix.texi (Miscellaneous Services, Security): Document it.
* gnu/tests/security.scm (%test-opensnitch): New variable.
