f51070cb70 gnu: dtc: Fix tests. 
* gnu/packages/patches/dtc-fix-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/bootloaders.scm (dtc)[source]: Use it.
