* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qtbase)[source]: Add patch.
[arguments]: Adjust a phase to substitute the location for libvulkan.so.
* gnu/packages/patches/qtbase-patch-libvulkan.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
