ae69b39ed4 gnu: java-eclipse-sisu-inject: Don't use unstable tarball. 
Using git-file-name also makes the source store-file nicer.

a215c938b3 gnu: openssl@1.1.1a: Don't inherit from openssl/fixed. 
I was a bit hasty in a92c6b1a2b.
openssl-next replaces the source, and OpenSSL 1.1.1 is invulnerable.
