This fixes the nonreproducibility in gcc documented here:

* gnu/packages/patches/gcc-8-sort-libtool-find-output.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-8)[source]: Apply it.
