5f628d773b gnu: poppler: Add poppler-data. 
In order to make poppler support CJK and Cyrillic scripts, one of the
following has to be done:
1. Build poppler with poppler-data as input.
2. Add poppler-data into poppler's output path.
A simple union-build is not enough, as reported in
<https://issues.guix.gnu.org/53536>.

605cb7b4be gnu: python-uvloop: Update to 0.16.0. 
Version 0.14.0 is not compatible with Python 3.9[1]. Additionally unvendor the
copy of libuv, which was unused, but retained in the source tarball,
fix subprocess spawning and enable tests, so we know when future updates
break it.
