gnu: calibre: Fix build with python-msgpack >= 1.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/calibre-msgpack-compat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/ebook.scm (calibre)[source](patches): Add it.
