[inputs]: Add fontconfig.
* gnu/packages/toolkits.scm (imgui)[phases]: Add imgui_tables.cpp and
imgui_widgets.cpp to the build phase.

about the pre-existing 'dear-imgui' package.

superior synopsis and description to...
