Anderson Torres 3116440b9a gnu: Remove emacs-4clojure. ...

Since 2025-12-30 the repository is archived.  Further, the 4clojure site
itself is down for good.

* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-4clojure): Delete variable.
