[source]: Update snippet.
[cargo-inputs]: Add rust-clap-complete-4, rust-clap-complete-nushell-4.
Replace rust-clap-2 with 4, rust-git2-0.18 with 0.19.
[arguments]: Add a phase to generate and install the shell completions.
[native-inputs]: Add git-absorb when cross-compiling.
[inputs]: Replace libgit2-1.7 with libgit2-1.8.
