building for riscv64-linux to apply a patch.
[native-inputs]: When building for riscv64-linux add patch and a patch
file.
* gnu/packages/patches/mariadb-rocksdb-atomic-linking.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
