* gnu/packages/aidc.scm (zint) [build-system]: Switch to cmake-build-system.
[#:qtbase]: Delete argument.
[#:configure-flags]: Remove "-DZINT_QT6=ON".
[native-inputs]: Remove qttools.
[inputs]: Remove qtsvg.
* gnu/packages/aidc.scm (zint-with-qt): New variable.
