* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-mappy):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#test-backend, #test-flags>: Replace check phase with
example (no tests).
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
