* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-path-bootstrap): Deprecate
variable, which is not necessary anymore, was hidden, and is not used.
(python-pathpy): Switch to DEFINE-DEPRECATED/PUBLIC-ALIAS.
(python-path): Rewrite it without inheritance.
