This should work around <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/73181>, resurrecting
offloading to the Hurd.

* gnu/packages/aux-files/guile-launcher.c (no_warnings)[__GNU__]: New
function.
(main)[__GNU__]: Use it to silence libgc warnings.
