Mazin AlHaddad 1a09cd1882 system: Adjust return value of bashrc. ...

Fixes a regression introduced in c743d646ee.

Without this, the fish shell integration is broken, and PATH does not include
~/.config/guix/current/bin.

* gnu/system/shadow.scm (%default-bashrc): Fix return value.
