Ludovic Courtès 61b7e96877 install: 'umount-cow-store' retries upon EBUSY.

Possibly fixes <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/59884>.

* gnu/build/install.scm (umount*): New procedure.
(unmount-cow-store): Use it instead of 'umount'.
