  [propagated-inputs]: Add python-pillow and python-sphinx.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-pillow and python-sphinx; add
  python-absl-py, python-graphviz, python-ipython, python-lxml,
  python-packaging, python-plotly, python-seaborn, and
  python-setuptools-scm.
