* gnu/packages/commencement.scm (gash-utils-boot)[arguments]: Use #:modules
instead of a non-top-level ‘use-modules’.  Turn #:phases into a gexp.
Use ‘search-input-file’ in ‘make-echo’ phase.
[inputs, native-inputs]: Remove labels.
