* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-fire): Update to 0.7.0.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Do not override the 'check' phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-six.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-mock. Add python-setuptools,
python-wheel.
