* gnu/packges/patches/dbus-localstatedir.patch: Remove file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/glib.scm (dbus): Remove patch.
  [argumests]: Remove 'post-install' phase.  Don't create
  localestatedir and sysconfdir in the 'install' phase.
