* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-stem): Update to 1.8.2.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject.
[arguments]{phases}: Remove phase 'fix-tests.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-mock, python-pycodestyle,
python-pyflakes. Add python-setuptools, python-wheel.
