Efraim Flashner 28e98cc0c7 gnu: qtbase: Remove unneeded configure flags. ...

These flags were preventing building on i686-linux and seem to not be
necessary anymore.

* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qtbase)[arguments]: Remove configure-flags
disabling certain hardware features.
