[propagated-inputs]: Remove go-github-com-xeipuuv-gojsonreference and
go-github-com-xeipuuv-gojsonpointer; add
go-github-com-jmhodges-clock, go-github-com-stretchr-testify, and
go-golang-org-x-sys. Sort.
