[inputs]: Remove kactivities and qtx11extras; add plasma-activities, kxmlgui,
kitemmodels, layer-shell-qt, and libxkbcommon.
[native-inputs]: Remove qttools-5; add qttools.
[arguments]: Set #:qtbase to qtbase; Add setenv phase.
