This is a followup to 193f547ca3, which
inadvertently pulled in (shepherd support) on the host side.

* gnu/home/services/messaging.scm (home-znc-services): Change 'command' and
'log-file' to gexps.  Add 'modules' field to 'shepherd-service'.
