This to resolve Alacritty segmentation fault reported in #68243, attemp
to fix in #69797.

* gnu/packages/crates-graphics.scm (rust-xkbcommon-dl) [arguments]:
Handle libxkbcommon-x11.so in the ‘add-absolute-library-references’
phase.
