* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-gipc): Update to 1.8.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Disable them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools.  Remove unzip.
[description]: Improve style.
