* gnu/packages/music.scm (tuxguitar): Allows MIDI sound output when using
a synthesizer like TiMidity++.
[inputs]: Add alsa-lib.
[arguments]: No longer change build directory context between phases.  Install
desktop, mime and manual files during the "install" phase.
