[source]: Remove patch.
[arguments]: Adjust custom 'patch-source phase for changes in source.
[inputs]: Remove zlib.
* gnu/packages/patches/freebayes-devendor-deps.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
