* gnu/packages/shells.scm (rc)[source]: Replace magic commit ID with the
tagged release. Use GIT-FILE-NAME.
[arguments]: Remove 'autoreconf' phase (relying on Guix's built-in
'bootstrap' phase instead) and adjust the ordering of 'patch-trip.rc'
accordingly.
