* gnu/packages/patches/fmt-9-overspecified-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it here.
* gnu/packages/pretty-print.scm (fmt-9)[arguments]: Add #:configure-flags
from fmt-10.  Add #:phases to apply fmt-9-overspecified-tests.patch on i686.
