Andreas Enge 4d20c8e333 gnu: fmt-8: Inherit from fmt-10. ...

This is a follow-up to commit 4cb2e664bd
and fixes the build of fmt-8 on i686.

* gnu/packages/pretty-print.scm (fmt-8)[inherit]: Inherit from fmt-10
instead of fmt-9, to avoid the patch specific to fmt-9.
